harbour view friendly staff helpful staff
we got an upgrade to a room with a view of the harbour bridge (it was lovely). baggage was delivered to the room promptly. the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent Location and Comfortable Stay
convenient location comfortable bed efficient process
I appreciated the location near Circular Quay. It made transport very easy. The bed was large and quite comfortable. Check-in and check-out were efficient for our early arrival and departure.
I noticed the breakfast area became crowded at peak times, causing minor delays.

broken bed feather pillows
The location suited my needs well enough.
I was quite frustrated that the bed was noticeably broken it made a loud creaking noise with every movement. The feather pillows offered little support my neck was quite sore each morning.

Location is great, so close to the quay. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice was available. The hotel itself was nice and neat.
